About This Project

Art Direction and brochure design for Welland Home Corp. The results delivered helped the developers inform potential home buyers about the new townhouses project in the area of Welland, Ontario.

 

The last part of this project included some technical illustrations and architectural renders. I used mixed techniques jumping between Illustrator and Photoshop. SketchUp was the choice to illustrate the look and feel of the sales office, built out of two shipping containers.
