About This Project

As part of a team working with TD Bank & Tuesday Afternoon Media (TAM), the challenge was to build a system to revamp the existing onboarding process of new TD hires. The system should include the evaluation of KPIs, independent dashboards for both learners and facilitators, ways of integration between them, as well as data collection. The solution presented was regarded by TD Bank and TAM as accurate and innovative. These are some the slides from the final presentation.
