About This Project

The Thunder Woman Healing Lodge Society (TWHLS) isa community-driven project that was raised out of concern for and recognition of the need to break the cycle of recidivism and support the healing, rehabilitation and meaningful re-integration of Aboriginal women offenders. A two-day design collaboration event between allowed TWHLS and participants from George Brown College elaborate and develop the content needed for a fundraising campaign.

UX research, logo design (showcasing art from a First Nation artist) and art direction of the editorial material supporting the event.
